A
new Hungry Mutt children’s book tells the story of a carefree pup named Bella who gets lost in the woods, led astray by her best friend and ends up with the Dogvid virus. Happily, her brothers help her discover that while bad things do happen, chances are that if you stick together, all will be well.

The 35-page picture book, Sticking Together: A Dog’s Tale, has just been released and is available on Amazon in print or Kindle format.
Written for children aged 5 to 8, the story is a collaboration between Linda Cooper, a former high school English teacher and ESL instructor at Tulane University, and Jim Hodge, a former writer and editor at The Times-Picayune in New Orleans. Bringing their narrative to life is Argentine artist Agustina Perciante, whose illustrations fill the book with warmth.
Hungry Mutt specializes in publishing children’s books that are fun and engaging and resolve story plots without resorting to violence.
